A full house clearance means exactly that: we clear the entire property, including lofts, garages, sheds, outbuildings and gardens if required. Furniture, appliances, carpets, curtains, kitchenware, personal effects — everything is removed, sorted and disposed of responsibly.
Full clearances are the backbone of our work for executors, landlords and sellers across Cheshire, North Wales, Liverpool and the Wirral. Most average-sized homes are cleared in a single day by our own uniformed team, with larger properties scheduled over two.
Once the property is empty, we sweep through and can arrange extras such as carpet removal so it is genuinely ready for handover, viewings or refurbishment — not just emptied.

Full House Clearance — your questions answered
How long does a full house clearance take?
A typical two or three bedroom home is cleared in one day. Larger properties, or homes with very full lofts and garages, may take two. We confirm the timescale with your quote so you can plan handovers and viewings with confidence.
Do you clear absolutely everything?
Yes — unless you tell us otherwise. Anything you want kept is identified before we begin and either left in place or set aside. Everything else, including carpets and curtains if requested, is removed.
Can the value of the contents reduce the price?
Often, yes. Where furniture or contents have genuine resale value, we offset that against the cost of the clearance and show it clearly on your quote. Occasionally contents value covers a significant part of the job.
What condition is the property left in?
Empty and swept as standard. We are not a cleaning company, but the property is left tidy and presentable — suitable for viewings, inventory checks or trades starting work.
Can you work to a completion or tenancy deadline?
Yes, deadlines are normal in this line of work. Tell us your key date and we will book the clearance with time to spare, and keep you updated on the day.
