Do you charge extra for stairs?
Access is factored into your quote up front, so there are no surprises on the day. A third-floor flat with no lift takes longer than a ground-floor one, and we simply price that honestly from the start.
Can you deal with the building's managing agent?
Yes. If the block requires booking a service lift, providing insurance details or working set hours, we will handle that directly with the agent or concierge — just put us in touch.
What about parking in city centres?
We plan it before we arrive. Where loading bays or permits are needed — common in central Liverpool and Chester — we arrange them, and any unavoidable costs are shown clearly in your quote rather than added later.
Can large furniture come out of a small flat?
Almost always. Sofas, beds and wardrobes that went in can come out, and where they genuinely cannot, we dismantle them. It is a routine part of flat clearances for our team.
